Product Description

- Aerodynamic Airfoil: The smooth, curved lower airfoil sweeps air directly across the work surface, minimizing turbulence, maximizing toxic containment, and reducing overall exhaust energy consumption by up to 10% compared to flat airfoils.

- Pressure-Relief Inner Liner: The interior utilizes a 5mm compact grade laminate structured to provide a pressure-release effect, safeguarding personnel in the rare event of an internal micro-explosion.
- Standard Work Surface: Solid Phenolic Resin with a built-in water baffle/spill lip. (Optional upgrades: Epoxy Resin, Polypropylene (PP), 304/316 Stainless Steel, or Technical Ceramic).

- Explosion-Proof Sash: 5mm tempered safety glass encased in an ergonomic aluminum alloy handle frame.
- Steel-Core Synchronous Belt: We abandoned traditional easily-frayed steel cables. WINLAB uses a robust PP + Fiber + Steel Wire synchronous belt system. It ensures durable, frictionless, and perfectly balanced sash movement.

- Safe Utility Access: Removable side access panels allow easy maintenance. The top-mounted sealed junction box (110V-230V compatible) keeps critical electrical components isolated from corrosive fumes.
- Remote-Controlled Fixtures: Front-mounted safety knobs for gas, air, and water supply. Ensures operators never have to reach into the hazardous fume zone to control utilities.
- Sewerage System: Includes a high-density PP oval cup sink equipped with an anti-siphon bottle trap to block the backflow of noxious sewer gases.
