Advanced Reconfiguration & Ergonomics. Unlike traditional fixed units, the C-Frame structure offers effortless access to the floor area for superior sanitation and easy maintenance. The bench system is designed for rapid assembly and reconfiguration—cabinets can be moved, added, or removed without compromising the integrity of the work surface. With integrated shock absorption and a high-grade steel frame, the load-bearing capacity exceeds 250kg/m².
Main Cabinet Body: Constructed from premium 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel sheets. The surface undergoes rigorous pickling and phosphating, followed by an epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating (cured at 220°C). This ensures excellent resistance to acid, alkali, and corrosion. The double-layer door design is filled with soundproofing materials for a quieter lab environment.
Knee Space Rails: Manufactured from high-quality 30×60×1.5mm cold-rolled steel, providing an ultra-stable connecting framework.
Drawer Slides: Equipped with premium DTC silent self-closing (soft-close) slides for smooth and durable operation.
Door Hinges: Features DTC 105°/175° buffer hinges or high-grade stainless steel self-closing hinges, tested for tens of thousands of continuous openings.
